Quality Service Policy

All chemical services are guaranteed only when our professional products are used for homecare maintenance. Our staff will recommend a homecare regimen to maintain, restore and replenish your individual needs.

If at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of your service at J Ashley Salon, please notify management within two weeks of your visit. We will gladly assist you.

If at any time you are not satisfied with a staff member of

J AshleySalon, for whatever reason, please notify management.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the price of our service and is graciously welcomed in the form of cash or personal check to your designer.

Cancellations

If unable to keep an appointment, kindly give 24 hour notice. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge for the time reserved.

Cell Phone Use

As a courtesy to our other guests, please turn your cell phone to silent mode while you are in the salon.
